Why isn't John Sullivan in a worse position than this guy? Sullivan was inciting people and yelled that he had a knife 2 or 3 times. The only video footage I saw of shaman in the Capitol was him strolling into the Senate chamber being shadowed by a cop. He was weird but I didn't see him inciting violence. Is there footage of him doing so?
