This is more true than the voting polls suggest, but there are absolutely some brainwashed Sleepers there. Probably over half, though I haven't been there in a few years. Maybe things have changed.

Even if its only 40% that are awake that's still several million people. Hell, even if its only 20% that's STILL several million people. NYC is a big place.
