There was a video a saw couple days ago that was pointing out the same scenario with Biden. There were green leaves on the trees in the window behind him. I looked for it but couldn't find it.

I got shot down on another post about trees in a background. This video of hilary is a bit more detailed in the background and has clearly defined leaves. Which is suspicious but not impossible. I assume this is at her residence in NY we don't see leaves on trees here until April and May depending on the tree or shrub.
Speaking of shrubs, it doesn't appear to be a holly(jaggy edges on leaves). But it could be a rhodedendron. They have oval leaves that are more long than wide and spread out like if you spread all your fingers. I am not aware of any other broad leaved tree or shrub that keeps its leaves here in the winter...or I would have planted it around my house too.
^In regards to the Biden video, it is on the Whitehouse youtube page with a title of "President Biden Marks The 56th Anniversary Of Bloody Sunday" It's the weird video that looks like some one shot it with two cellphones.
Magnolia tree keeps its leaves too
Yep you're right. The magnolia cultivars that usually stay evergreen are sold to USDA Hardiness zone 6. I live in zone 5, some probably could but I have never seen it in this area. Not enough anyways to look like what was behind her in the video. So I was a bit biased there I wrote off the magnolia completely because of where I live.
I have no idea where hilary lives in NY, she could very well be in zone 6, there are a few zone 6 places especially down near NYC. It is definitely possible.
Back to the video though, I think more evidence is needed to determine if it was recorded on a sound stage or recently at one of her residences.
