The pot does drain well the saucer under it holds the water nicely And I sense the pot needs be bigger, so I will look for one, some potting soil and the correct fertilizer to soften 'new pot shock'..

Thanks very much for this info-the branches are 5 to 15 inches long with fresh leaf segments popping out all the time.. with that info how old do you think it is??
