If we aren’t to treat GN as an outside comm, than we shouldn’t treat scavino posts as comms either.

I say Scavino is aware of Q, but he is not Q. So when he sees something is developing he knows we are decoding through him. It stands to reason that he may have a team tying up the messages for us and we are doing the legwork? I don't know that's just a guess.
