I thought they blew the tunnels under DC already. Richard Citizen Journalist has been sharing vids of DC at intervals throughout the day and eve, and one night a couple weeks back (I think?) there was so much smoke you couldn't see anything at all.
Couple that with several people (candice owens in particular) reporting feeling and hearing explosions in DC
The smoke is water vapor, from the steam tunnels under DC. Look at his latest video, he explains with evidence.
Ah. Okay. Sure looked like smoke in the one I saw and it was so thick there was zero visibility.
