That’s beautiful SirReg. A book that I recently read, Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle has been highly transformative for me personally. I think you would enjoy it by the river. It has brought me great peace in each now moment and has helped me train my brain to bring myself back to each “now”. Helping to keep the logic sharp and the emotions controlled. Making the most of it in the sunshine and the moon shine.
