Who is that supposed to be and in what position are they to actually do any of what they claim?

Only person by that name that I can find is just a politician that doesn't even seem to be in office anymore.

I’m wondering the same thing. The “that’s ours because we pay taxes” line has been kind of exhausted at this point.
