Azt was the real killer... The gay community took tons of antibiotics and had terrible immune systems obviously as antibiotics kill your natural immune responses in exchange for also killing bad bacteria... Then he pushed a deadly drug for those with weak immune systems and a t cell test that showed low counts WHEN not sick... And made low counts the BAD metric (no/low white blood cells from no need to fight off baddies)... Then it was proven that HIV didn't even cause AIDS and there was a doctor who would inject the blood of a patient live for the press to prove it... total shit show... God will not be kind to Faucci...
