IDK - As a teacher I know I need to introduce a new vocabulary term 25 times (in different ways) to make someone remember the term (without a student studying). Think of commercials, even if you don’t notice it, when you go shopping for an item or service, you will remember something of the ads (9/10 dentists agree that...). If that brand of toothpaste is only a little more, you might pick it because you “know” you are getting a good product... let the message go forth...
That's a good way to put it, the connection to marketing. If people hear about Epstein/hollywood pedos enough, in 2 months when they see some Hollywood aide arrested for CP charges it might click some pieces together for them.

Perhaps this is SP helping to get info to more eyes and ears but it fits right in to the stategy of a countermove.
