Oh. I see. You're on Android. Scroll down to App Settings and select permissions. Then just turn on the permission for storage. That should do ya. Access to your SD card is granted individually so every app that you have that wants access to your SD card has to be set in this same manner individually.

I've never changed any apps or permission in 2 yrs.?
