Anyone else experiencing PayPal failing to process pymts received?

Were they hit today? Internet's a mess. Notices pop up everywhere saying Not connected to internet interspersed with other ok connections

Paypal has been sitting an extra 3-5 days on stuff last few weeks. It's nuts. But.. by having the $ a few extra days they can count interest on it (follow the $ etc)
