Watching this video reminded me of an old TV series that ran for two seasons, "Dollhouse":

It was a show created by Joss Whedon, of "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer" fame.

I didn't realize it at the time, but it's basically about MK Ultra.

The series didn't last long, but it's actually quite good.
