To my understanding, Trump's constitutional authority expires on Sunday, March 21st. I'm basing that statement on an Act called 'Delayed Transfer Of Presidential Powers'. It supposedly, when invoked, gives an 'outgoing' President 60 days as President from his opponent's 'Inauguration'.

Can anyone confirm if this is factual?
