By reading the Q posts for over three years that is why. If something covert/clandestine is happening you don't publicly announce it, this would defeat the whole purpose of the op being covert...

Do you understand why plausible deniability is important to this operation?

If you were in charge of executing a covert operation would you go on CNN and announce your plans first?
