its a double entendre because to general supporters they think the ballots arriving in the middle of the night in the dem stronghold cities of battleground states. Meanwhile die hards realize its a reference to this Q drop. Maybe that was when Trump was initially officially briefed on the election rigging that went down, and they have it all
