But if you look at the image on the ipad, you can see that it is also an image of Joe post facelift. Joe's facial skin before the facelift was very saggy and the ipad image shows tighter skin than pre facelift. They look almost identical except for the ear lobes.

Also, not just the ear lobes, but even the shapes of the top of the ears are different. In the video, the ears seem to be more pointed at the top
