Dunno where I found it, this was months ago. It looks like it's an oil painting. He's got 1776 style clothing, there's an american flag draped over the throne.

It was posted by the AZ GOP party I believe but I could be wrong. It’s an artist who does famous Trump pieces. I will try to get some more info on it.
