5-25 years in prison for possession and distribution child pornography including content involving toddlers?!?! Why can’t we just pass a law that child sex offenders will either be sentenced to death, castration or at least life in prison?

“Palmer faces a minimum mandatory sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of twenty years in prison for distribution of child pornography.”
