I wonder how much a nail job like that costs down there? I know here in Ctrl Fl, it costs about
$75-100, depending on the design and type of pollish being used.
I, too, have not had my nails done professionally and I will be 60. I heard that fungus grows between the nail and the fakes. Nurses have transmitted bacteria to patients and caused deaths. When I had my babies, I watched the nurses for that. There was supposedly a rule against it, but I didn't trust them.
exactly, they're full of bacteria. I remember my first fast-food job when I was 16, we couldn't even wear nail polish, let alone FAKE nails. I'll turn away from the counter if I see someone in the kitchen with them.
plus, I look at the women in the shops working on people's feet, many poor. and I don't understand the need to be 'pampered' like that.

too expensive, and they would get in the way.
but guess that's not an issue for these women?

yep, my hands are always busy with some kind of mess to clean up, would be foolish to spend time on nails.
and just shows how ridiculous these caravans are.
they're pooping outside,
yet have time for manicures??
