I saw the South Park special and have always heard about Adrenochrome, bit how is Adrenochrome linked with Q? I searched all drops and don't see it mentioned once.

Q often uses the socratic method of teaching, so it's about us getting the big idea, and then filling in the details.
adrenochrome is one of the 'details'.
Q has told us about; satanic rituals, pedophilia, and shown us pictures of dead babies and humans hanging by hooks.
adrenochrome is just another part of this 'culture'.
Q has also referenced Haiti and The Red Cross, I agree the blanks are to be filled in around this.
