How will the wealth transfer affect the average citizen? Will they become wealthier if they trade all of their fiat money to silver coins?

No idea. I don't think fiat is going to last much longer, but I'm the farthest thing from an expert on this type of stuff. Then again, clown world has shown us 'experts' don't know jack.
