This applies to something as simple as a temp check and as innocuous a face mask. Every business, every doctors office etc must provide these to you if they are dispensing medical advice should they not they can be sued. And it is an actual crime.
Not to be contrary, but I checked the above links. They are all guidelines, not laws. I will do some research to see if there are Federal laws that guide the medical practice. I know that the guidelines can be used to determine negligence and provide substance to civil lawsuits. Perhaps Medical Malpractice can be proven and that is the link to the laws. To reiterate, I am not disagreeing, just pointing out that research is still needed to verify legality and criminal liability.
Pretty specific for the criminal aspect, but the guidelines are the criteria for whether or not malpractice is involved. The criminal aspect seems to depend on prosecutors choosing to pursue in cases of gross negligence.
All that being said, the FDA link should be printed out and hand carried if anyone tries to "force" you take take the vaccine. I believe that employers who are doling out "medical advice" should get a peek at these legal documents and determine if they want to continue to try and force you. All in all, this is a fantastic post and should be stickied for all the folks to read and refer to
