This is no loophole. Look back at Biden's history. He's a friend to the creditors. All his bills favored creditors and not the consumers. These people are getting a pay back while Biden looks innocent. Thank the Lord I got out of debt slavery a long time ago. I'm praying that the QFS is real and that people will be released to know the freedom that having no debt allows.
