DS figures it's best to flood the zone with ladies accusing Cuomo of all manner of sexual improprieties. That will keep everyone busy focused on sex and allow the news to keep each new accusation more scandalous than the last. That way nobody is looking at or thinking about Cuomo killing the elderly in nursing homes which is the real crime he should be facing.
