I wouldn't say Charlie is a shill... Hes just a high level Hopium Dealer... He has been riding the conspiracy wave for quiet a few years. I do not believe he has ever put out "misinformation" purposefully other than severe repetitive date/goalpost moving.

He very well could be in the know of something, and just remains extremely optimistic about it.
