According to the Democrats' logic though, that would make them a threat to democracy.

If she does this, could that open the door to them being caught committing fraud?

Go ahead and open that option time to overturn the 2020 elections and the crazy spending spree the dems are on.. They are a threat to our Republic. Still won't remove Swallwell for a relationship with a Chinese spy.
