Today, spend some time meditating. Or with loved ones. Or the dog. Or cats. Or the forest. And I hope you’re able to focus on it, on the present.
Evil profits most of our despair and confusion. Today I’m going to lighten up. I think we should all try to, if only for a moment.

This is way more important than people realize. The Great Awakening is not just about opening our eyes to the truth of the cabal and corruption. It is about opening our spirits to God. (By whatever name you use.)
Dark forces feed on low vibrations. Frequencies of hate, fear, greed, panic, stress, etc.
But the emotions of love, gratitude, mercy, compassion, joy, etc are all high frequencies that resonate with the Divine Creator.
This is why they try to keep us living in fear all the time. Because that cuts us off from our connection to spirit.
The Great Awakening is about the people all over the world staying in the higher frequencies until we reach the tipping point that triggers a global shift into higher consciousness. It is happening. This is why ALL evil is coming to the surface and into the light.
We are purging evil on a macro scale.
