Amen- however many times that faith will ne tested. Read the book of Job
First step is Repent of your sins and Turn to God, Second, accept Yeshua (Jesus) as your redeemer who redeems you for the penalty of your sin. Third, learn how to love God not as man has said but how the Bible tells you.
What is Sin one may ask, both testaments outline sin and have not changed and Yeshua (Jesus) was sent to testify in these and make example to follow Him.

I'm still on my way back to Christ, could someone help me understand this verse? Is the verse talking about truly knowing God? Like not oh I go to Church ever Sunday, but that I've delved into the well of knowledge and found God's truth and now I'am fully protected?
Yes - This is talking about truly knowing God. And you will be fully protected spiritually - meaning others may be able to hurt you physically, but your spirit, which is eternal, will be safe. And even then, the Lord will protect you physically, mentally and emotionally. You will find that your needs are met and in the midst of a crazy world you will be at peace.
Welcome aboard, I am a fellow member of the I found my way back to Christ and do not understand some of the bible meanings either. These folks are very kind in helping us understand.

I agree ?. There is a scripture that says not even he can pluck you from his own hand. We are sealed Until the day of redemption. Our names are written in the book of life. I’m pretty sure there are no erasers in heaven!

This is my favorite Psalm. It beautifully tells us of God's ALL powerful love and protection. I always pray this over myself, family, friends. POTUS, our country and all operators fighting for light to overcome the darkness.
Also pray for God's protection from every evil, natural and supernatural.
Pray this Psalm every night before you go to sleep and it will instantly give you a feeling of peace. May God bless and guide you on your journey.
Amen- and when it becomes illegal and prosecutable by death to follow Jesus, may I be worthy of being prosecuted and found guilty. In Jesus Almighty name I pray
