Need Nesara research help

I have a very intelligent friend who has never heard of nesara law and doubts its existence. Does anyone know any solid research sites that contain factual information about its creation or history? Most of the sites I have found link it with conspiracies and cast doubt on its validity. I would be most grateful.

Same reason that they link the "flat earth" theory to conspiracies. The C_A invented it for that very purpose - to vilify and discredit anyone who looks into any conspiracy.
