Need Nesara research help

I have a very intelligent friend who has never heard of nesara law and doubts its existence. Does anyone know any solid research sites that contain factual information about its creation or history? Most of the sites I have found link it with conspiracies and cast doubt on its validity. I would be most grateful.

I don't disagree with the aborted fetal tissue stuff. It can be in some vaccines.

Please give me your sources that prove Adrenochrome can be used as a drug to get high, and Adrenochrome can be harvested from children in amounts strong enough to cause a high. I'll look at the evidence. Hopefully you have additional points I haven't seen yet.
