I️ need proof that masks work!

I️ know they don't! Before I️ go all out against my lefty brother, are there any studies I'm not aware of that conclusively prove masks work? I️ wasn't able to find any, just want to make sure i'm not wrong as I️ go all out on my "masks don't work" defense.
