Catherine Austin Fitts relates research she did exposing the cabals use of rioting to force out the businesses and tenants of a desired area. Look her up.

Think about how Newsom passed legislation gving his government right of first refusal on vacated/bankrupted properties.

I wonder what the Portland area is doing with the destroyed properties.
