On my "Settings", I have my "Community Styling" set to "Off". I think you have to refresh your browser after that to reveal the "up" and "down" indicators on the left. That's the only "deport" button of which I'm aware. When a commentor is being obnoxious/hostile/disrespectful/anti-Q or otherwise unobservant of our community standards (the "Rules") I give them a "down-doot" and possibly report them (for being so negative or other naughtiness).
If I really think their input is toxic, I block them. If our Mods close their account (from enough people reporting their toxic behavior), they just have to go create another account. Hopefully, while learning to do better. AND, their bad behavior is a lesson to me. I'm still learning here. Sure, I can create another account but I want to be a good citizen here. This whole forum has been WONDERFUL for me.
What exactly does the deport button do?
I only just heard about it after a mod told me I should use that button in certain instances instead of triggering a "no, u" session.
I forget what he said though beyond that.
