I know I lived in the Salt Lake area for 7 months and had 3 different people, unsolicited by me, bring up the child sex trafficking. It appears to be an open secret there.

when I was in the elder's quorum I personally heard from two families of sex abuse going on and no cops got contacted. What ended up happening is the predator was told to go to another ward. I should've questioned it more but I actually kinda didn't believe what I was hearing as it was so out there. Let's see that was back in 2006ish or so. Left that cult and ain't going back. Put a bad taste in my mouth regarding religion but perhaps I over reacted.

You had that on right. It is religion. Not relationship. All it takes is a Regular Bible, prayer and just a little faith, then be quiet and listen. You will hear Him. Jesus is real and loves you more than you can imagine.
