The rescued children are those who were most likely trafficked before Trump came along, since Obama needed a steady supply. Since Trump came along however, the supply dropped and we started cracking down on the traffickers. Since there hasn’t been supply of children for 4 years, they are capitalizing on the border crisis and getting their fill.
