Yesterday, someone managed to convince me it was a reflection but I’m not so convinced at all anymore:
The « reflection » is really well placed - what are the odds of that!?
There are some white reflections under the T and E of « states » but they’re not as clearly marked - erratic comes to mind; they’re sort of white, then become whitish, then fade away if you see what I mean.
Somebody said it was because of the hat but the guy’s not even close to the Q.
We don’t see the Q becoming a O but have a zoom in and zoom out that puts the O back in.
Honestly, once again, what are the odds of having reflections doing a perfect Q (no blur around the tail of the Q either - nothing).
Why would the tail go and the Q become an O? The camera angle hasn’t changed.
However, at 1:19, you do see the premise of what will be the real Q - the tail of the Q is a bit faded out... not as white as in the picture above.
