Is not knowing Spanish a limiting factor for getting dental work down in Tijuana? I'm out in east county myself and can barely order food from more authentic Mexican shops.

My dentist speaks english so it’s not a problem . He did all his schooling here in USA , had 4 implants done 2400.00 here in SD it would have cost me 18 to 22 K and
