Real question: how do you manage to unhook from what’s going on? I sat for a major exam this year - spent nearly a year and a half working on it then just stopped on Nov 3rd. How do you do it?
Me: Cats, horses, gardening, reading.
You: Identify something in your life that's important to you and that has nothing to do with what's going on in the world, then spend some time focusing on that and only that.
