If Cuomo goes down, he could take them all down with him... I know it sounds a little crazy but is it possible?

Shipping the elderly patients back to the nursing home wasn't his idea. The orders came from somewhere and he was told he would be protected. Cuomo is not stupid, he has the goods on those above and will most likely try to save his ass.
