She was asked (told) to leave and if it's not your property and the owner or proprietor tells you to leave you leave. Was it over not wearing a mask...yes and I agree fuck your mask "mandate" bullshit in the highest but being told to leave private property is not a situation that people can jump in and say something. You as a private citizen can tell the business that tossing by her they will never see a dime of your money.
