Well... you certainly learned me something new, “Mx” pizza_lawyer! ?
This pronoun bullshit is just setting people up to send “harmful message[s]” to LGBxyz people. How the hell would I know IT wants to be referred to as ‘ze’ today, she tomorrow, or he next week?!
I guess we’re going to be expected/forced to keep up with everyone’s preferred pronouns... you can be sued for anything nowadays — it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if we start getting sued for addressing somebody by the wrong pronoun.
I might or might not work for one of those companies. Should be a feature that is optional to turn on or off (more-or-less) during implementation and should only be there if your HR team (or whoever made the selection and implemented) requested it, at least that's how the one I might or might not sell works. Gusto is for much smaller companies than what I might or might not sell, though, so I don't have a lot of competitive intel on them and it is possible that they went full woke and made it a standard field in an employee record.
I possibly work in the DC area and might or might not sell to a lot of businesses and orgs on both sides of the political spectrum, so we need to have it there for those who want it because that is their orgs culture.
Right, lol. But I’m referring to anyone insulting any of them at any given time, anywhere in public. Getting sued for punitive damages because we called what looks like a man, a sir and it hurt it’s feelings, lol.

Their money is all green to me.
