As I read the above paper and listen to the interview of Dr. Bossche (below), I can see his passionate cry to the world that something is not right with this vaccine and the approach to vaccinating everyone. He is appealing to scientists to prove him wrong. He is literally pleading for the sake of humanity and risking his career.

In layman's terms this vaccine is a prophylactic (i.e.: intended to prevent disease). Vaccinee's wil still be shedding the virus but asymptomatic. The virus then begins to mutate as studies have shown in trial regions of the world. However the individual with the vaccine may not be able to fight off the mutation it seems and it will infect younger generations as well as cross species barriers.

Basically, we’ll very soon be confronted with a super-infectous virus that completely resists our most precious defense mechanism: The human immune system.

Widespread and stringent infection prevention measures combined with mass vaccination campaigns using inadequate vaccines will undoubtedly lead to a situation where the pandemic is getting increasingly ‘out of control’.
