Wait...are there any actual pictures of that? Because if that truly happened, it means the decal must have been added on the ground for some kind of photo op. There is no way a sticker stays on the plane during flight at 500+ mph and then blows off due to a slight wind gust on the ground...
I used to work for the company that made decals for USAir. That was such a specific and prioritybjob. Plane decals are made to stay on, so IF that happened the decal was likely fake.
