I have always been a solitary, rogue kind of person. I've never been an organizer, a leader, or the one to bring groups together for a common cause.
Yet when I think of community action I always think of anti-mask meetings. People just getting together, talking about their issues with masks. I would like to have a ton of facts and statements from doctors on the dangers/uselessness of masks.
Ultimately, I would love for that to lead to some kind of petitioning our local police and sheriff to ignore these orders. Or to get our opinion out to the school boards, the local businesses, etc.
But how does one go about this? How would you do it?
One more question. If you were going to make an e-mail, what site would you choose? What's like the most based e-mail site that you know of (even though they're all probably slaves to Google in some way or another).
I was gonna take the more active, stupid, but peaceful path where I just ask to be arrested when i walk in a store with no mask, and then the judge either charges me with misdemeanor criminal trespassing or drops the charges, if he drops the charges the whole county/state mask precedent may be won and we can be free, or ill just go to jail for a few weeks.
But from a less sacrificial and head-on side I like your idea of just asking police and judges before-hand to not prosecute mask laws lol.
I mean, I imagine I'd have like me and 2 other people at the first meeting. It would be nothing. But imagine we can get to the point where 2, 300 people are coming. And then we all march to the sheriffs office directly with our signatures saying we want to know if he will enforce unconstitutional mask mandates. I could see that being a pretty powerful thing for the sheriff to see. And end of the day he can decide not to enforce.
i like your idea. i have plenty of vacation time to deal with it.
