People need to make up their own minds about getting it. Just because I love Trump, it doesnt mean I have to agree with everything he says or does. We need to do our own research and assess our own personal risk.
I agree, and I’m not getting it. I’m young and healthy. And this Covid is like 99.7% survivable. Vaccine isn’t a real vaccine. Experimental, mRNA, etc... but now I’ll have people push and say “but Trump said you should get it too”
My sister said that very thing to me today - she said "Trump said we should get it" - I asked her - if Trump told you to jump off a bridge, would you? She was floored cuz she knows I am a Trumper - I told her the Trump I know thinks people should choose for themselves based on their own situation. ( And by the way - the new Johnson and Johnson is not mRNA) but I am still not getting it because I am healthy and low risk for covid too but my mother in law, who is elderly is tired of being cooped up and went for it. It eased her mind and she had no effects so I guess that was a good choice for her.
My neighbor asked me if I have taken it yet. I told him I was waiting for the Johnson and Jonson one. Made him curious, now he is off my back, and it bought me more time, for when others ask. I did not tell him I will not take it either.
He's still a boomer on the "video games cause violence" topic. He doesn't miss often, but he sometimes misses.
