Shills are out in mass trying to defend this. You're going to see "I used to work in TV/movie/whatever industry and I can tell you this is nothing more than artifacting and compression." *Biden was digitally inserted and this is a horrible job of editing. I'm sure he's got the full technical backing of Hollywood and the CCP when it comes to shit like this.
