I don't think the deep state got double crossed, honestly I think they have China by the balls(particularly economically) I think that video got out because they wanted to plant that seed of fear in the American public. Deaths or not I think they were just planning to have lockdowns and economic collapse and rule/law changes. I think when it wasn't what they hoped for they had to release another few strains and use the media and testing to create the illusion that all of this was justified. HCQ is alright but they will try to stop anything that gets in their way of starting this pandemic culture IMO its also a way they increase the debt above the GDP so they can start the implementation of total economic change and reform, they have their new economic system in mind and one of their biggest obstacles has been the United States and its dollar. Once they take the Dollar and the stock market out will be the perfect time for their "gorilla philanthropy" where they come in as the good guys but put in a system where they control it and establish debt to own everything a place has. They stay at the top and with the rights and we stay at the bottom.
