Can you explain why Biden's arm is so small relative to mics when it appears above the mics? No explanation other than use of a green screen makes sense to me.

I'm not an expert but it seems they had a close shot and a distant shot and both were crappy because Biden moved a lot in relation to the cameras. So they bodged them together and did it terribly.
