The same person composited both videos (fucking both up) and gave them to two separate news organizations, who ran their version as if it was their own. Literal Pravda Media.

Mocking Bird allows the CIA to distribute propaganda in US media and present it as truth. We ended that program, made it illegal, but Obama signed it back into existence.
